Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Confirmation 1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed once a date is agreed. 1.2. Customers must provide accurate contact details and property information at the time of booking. 1.3. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. 2. Access to Property & Septic Tank 2.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure clear and safe access to the property and the septic tank at the time of the visit. 2.2. The access route must be suitable for a vacuum tanker . 2.3. All covers, hatches, and lids must be exposed and easily accessible prior to arrival. 2.4. If our driver cannot safely access the tank or property, or if obstructions prevent completion of the service, a call-out fee of £50 will apply. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 3.1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. 3.2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. 3.3. In the event of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, Adrian Yarnold Waste Solutions reserves the right to reschedule bookings. 4. Health & Safety 4.1. Customers must ensure that the work area is free from hazards such as aggressive animals, uneven ground, or blocked access routes. 4.2. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe. 5. Waste Disposal 5.1. All waste will be disposed of at an authorised treatment facility in accordance with Environment Agency regulations. 5.2. Waste transfer notes can be provided upon request. 6. Payment Terms 6.1. Payment is due on completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. 6.2. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or card payment. 6.3. Late payments may be subject to additional charges. 7. Liability 7.1. Adrian Yarnold Waste Solutions accepts no responsibility for damage caused by poor ground conditions, hidden obstructions, or unsafe access routes. 7.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring the tank and access points are structurally sound and safe to operate. 8. General 8.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Adrian Yarnold Waste Solutions. 8.2. We reserve the right to amend these Terms without prior notice.
